Aitec Co., Ltd. supports the objectives of SECURITY ACTION, an information security self-declaration program promoted by the
Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA), Japan, and has made a SECURITY ACTION Two-Star Declaration. SECURITY
ACTION is a program through which small and medium-sized enterprises voluntarily declare their commitment to information
security measures. A Two-Star Declaration indicates that the company has conducted a self-assessment of its information security
practices, established and publicly disclosed an Information Security Policy, and is committed to implementing organization-wide
information security measures.

We recognize the information entrusted to us by our customers and business partners as a valuable asset and are committed to its
appropriate management and protection.

We will continue to enhance information security awareness throughout our organization, regularly review and strengthen our
security measures, and strive to be a company with which customers and business partners can conduct business with
confidence.
